If something isn’t right for your car, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won’t pay anything for return shipping. Often you won’t need to send the item back at all.
Changed your mind
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to a specific warehouse.
- Ship the item with a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by you in this case.
- Once the item arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund until the order ships. Write to us as soon as possible.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
