Shipping is free and tracked on every order to the 50 US states. We don’t ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States at the moment.
When your order ships
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
How long delivery takes
Most products ship from our partners’ international warehouses and arrive in about 7 to 15 business days. Some ship from warehouses in the US and arrive faster. Every product page shows the delivery window for that item, and checkout shows the estimate for your whole order. Items in one order can arrive in separate packages.
Import duties and fees
All import duties and customs fees are already included in our prices. You will never be asked to pay anything when your package is delivered.
Tracking
As soon as your package ships, the tracking number appears on the tracking page. You’ll need your order number and the email you used at checkout. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.
Lost or late packages
If your package hasn’t arrived 20 business days after it shipped, or tracking hasn’t moved for 10 business days, contact us. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund if it can’t be found.
Wrong address
Write to us as soon as possible. We can change the address only until the order has been handed to the warehouse.
