These terms apply when you browse or buy from Dash & Trail, a store operated by O teu nome completo (Cidade, Portugal). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
When you pay, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the 50 US states. Delivery dates are estimates. See our shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
See our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your state.
Product information and use
We describe products as accurately as we can, but colors and sizes can vary slightly from photos. Check that an item fits your vehicle before installing it. Never mount or place items where they block your view, airbags or controls, and follow your state’s laws on phone use and windshield mounts while driving.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
